Cancellation Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

A cancellation fee of 50% of the agreed-upon tour price will be charged for cancellations made between 2 weeks and 5 days before the scheduled tour.
\nFor cancellations made less than 5 days before the scheduled tour, the full tour price will be charged.<\/p>\n

Lateness & No-Shows<\/strong><\/p>\n

I will wait for groups for up to 30 minutes at the designated meeting point. In the event of a no-show, the full tour price will be charged.<\/p>\n

Liability<\/strong><\/p>\n

All guests participate in tours at their own risk. The tour guide is not liable for any accidents, injuries, or damages that may occur during the tour.
\nI am covered by professional liability insurance provided by the Federal Association of Tourist Guides in Germany (BVGD), with Generali Versicherung AG, 8713 Munich. For detailed information, please visit bvgd.org.<\/p>\n
